Shipping policy

RETAIL ORDER FULFILLMENT

The Object Enthusiast will process your online order within 1-3 days, given that the items in your order are in stock. Our fulfillment team will typically ship orders every weekday morning (excluding federal holidays).  If you'd like to expedite your order, please contact us at emily@theobjectenthusiast.com and we'll do our best to accommodate. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Packages are shipped via traceable USPS, UPS or FedEx and are insured. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us below to inquire about filing a claim. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders are shipped through the US Postal Service. First Class Mail cannot be tracked, but if your items are over 4lbs. they will be shipped Priority Mail.

International Buyers Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
