RETAIL ORDER FULFILLMENT
The Object Enthusiast will process your online order within 1-3 days, given that the items in your order are in stock. Our fulfillment team will typically ship orders every weekday morning (excluding federal holidays). If you'd like to expedite your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to accommodate.
We want happy customers! We will accept returns on non-sale items only, within 7 days of receipt of the item, given that they are returned in their original condition. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at email@example.com and let us know what you're returning.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and that they be insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
All sale items are final sale - they may not be returned.
Packages are shipped via traceable USPS, UPS or FedEx and are insured. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us below to inquire about filing a claim. We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages once the carrier says it has been delivered.
All orders are shipped through the US Postal Service. First Class Mail cannot be tracked, but if your items are over 4lbs. they will be shipped Priority Mail.
International Buyers Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
