All ready-to-ship orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
All made-to-order items will be made in the order received, and typically take anywhere from 4-6 weeks, depending on my studio workload.
Shipping is calculated by the weight and quantity of items ordered.
Packages are professionally packaged to ensure items arrive safely without damage. If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours so that we can arrange a replacement. Email a photo of the damaged item and do not throw away the item or the packaging.
Due to continuing issues shipping internationally, I am only shipping to the following countries at this time:
Canada, Japan, Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand.
Please be aware, there are additional customs charges, taxes or fees to receive the package in your country. Any additional charges after customs are the responsibility of the recipient. Once the package leaves my studio I am not able to access any information beyond what is available on the tracking page, and I am not responsible for any delays or missing shipments.
If you would like to return your piece, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as packing it safely for travel. Any discounted piece (due to sale or *seconds*) are final sale. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless we've made a mistake or a piece arrives damaged. To return a piece, please send an email to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order and arrange the return before sending back the item.
Care and Use
I always recommend hand washing ceramic items to increase their longevity. Do not put any pieces with gold in the dishwasher or microwave. Pieces that do not have gold on them (like cups or mugs) are microwave safe.
For burn marks or smudges left on your incense holders, use a soft, non-colored brush with a bit of baking soda to help bring back the shine.
