i have a new friend! i met jen about 2 or 3 weeks ago and she’s certainly becoming one of my closest friends. she emailed me out of the blue about a ceramics order, we found out we both lived in the same town, kept emailing, and then BAM! we met up. we bonded over wood-fired pizza and sister cars and we laughed and we talked and i have to say, it was one of the best ‘friend-dates’ i’ve ever had. so of course we had to meet again. i have a feeling monday nights might become our ‘thing’.
this week we hit up some delicious sushi and tea time at the donut whole.
the funny thing is, before jen ever even emailed me, i had her blog bookmarked on my computer, and i’d already visited the fox frugal many times. i admire her and her blogging voice so much, and i’m so glad we share a similar passion. she is one of my only friends who i get to actually hang out with that shares a love for blogging.
