i am a hummus lover! i make hummus at least once a week, and i still can’t get enough of it. its really easy and quick, and its a really tasty thing to pack in my lunch for work. so here you go! one of my favorite meal items!
2 cups well cooked, or canned chickpeas (drained)
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
the juice of one lemon
process all of the ingredients listed above, and garnish with a dash of paprika.
serve with pita or raw veggies.
