eat // edamame

do you like edamame? it has only been a part of my life for a year or so, but it is one of my favorite things! i have a very simple salad recipe for you using just five ingredients, plus a pinch of salt and pepper.

12 ounces shelled edamame, cooked
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup dried cranberries
3 tablespoons olive oil
basil, to taste
salt & pepper

toss it all together, and enjoy.


easy!
