last weekend for luke’s reception i made these caprese skewer toothpick things. they might have been the best food item at the show, and they were by far the easiest thing ever! a tiny cube of fresh mozzarella cheese, a leaf of basil and a cherry tomato. i splashed a little bit of balsamic vinegar on top, and viola! a delicious salad or appetizer!

mmm jenna i almost called you to get that stuffed tomato recipe, but you were busy traveling the world! i do want that recipe though!
