luke surprised me with yet another christmas gift this year, with a subscription to dwell magazine! i love it! its like getting a little gift once a month. seeing as how i’ve never had a magazine subscription before, (isn’t that strange?? who am i??) this is extra exciting for me.

and on wednesday, luke’s mom surprised me with the most gorgeous piece of kitchen equipment i have ever laid eyes on. a kitchenaid mixer in the most perfect dandelion hue. i still can’t believe it’s mine. i never thought i’d own a kitchenaid mixer! so all of these new things have given me this late christmasy feeling, and has got my heart all a flutter  … i’m reminded again how lucky i am to know luke and his amazing family.
