There is a voice inside of you That whispers all day long, “I feel that this is right for me, I know that this is wrong.” No teacher, preacher, parent, friend or wise man can decide What’s right for you— just listen to The voice that speaks inside.

Washi Tape.

10.20.2011

I want so much washi tape right now. Just for fun I added every single thing I wanted from this shop just to see what my total amount would be. Uh…I’m going to need to pick up some extra shifts at the deli….

$148.00 HA! Sorry but I won’t actually be checking out….

I’ve got one!

Juiced.

10.18.2011

I juiced my first meal tonight! 2 organic apples, 2 jumbo organic carrots, and a 1-inch cube of organic ginger. I was skeptical at first, but HOLY TOLEDO! This is delicious! I have had a joyful juicing experience thus far. I plan on doing it again not only because it is good for me but it really is delicious! Yum!

This was the sunrise from my bedroom window a few days ago. It was so beautiful I decided to get out of bed.

Kari Radasch.

10.17.2011

I first became familiar with Kari Radasch’s ceramic work about 2 years ago during a school trip to the 2010 NCECA (National Council on the Education of Ceramic Arts) conference. The conference (lectures, workshops, shows, gallery talks, etc.) is 3 entire days of nothing but pure ceramic inspiration and beauty. It is so dreamy. Anyway, my roommate at the time bought something at the conference made by Radasch, and ever since then I have been eyeing her lovely work.

Beautiful. Right down to the bottom of the cup.

Where you used to be, there is a hole in the world, which I find myself constantly walking around in the daytime, and falling in at night. I miss you like hell.

The ring of fire still burns around you and I.

Warming me inside and out.

This royal blue is really catching my eye. I’m heading to the ceramics shop tomorrow and always need a healthy, inspiring dose of ceramic pots to get me pumped up! Image found here.
